Hey so I did get a crash on this computer I have here with integrated intel GPU. Can you tell me your hardware specs? Could you also try updating your GPU to the latest graphics driver?
Very nice. 2 things though. For the analoge controls, you can't turn left or riht while aiming like you can with the tank controls. Also the controller diagram in the options menu says L2/R2 Vert. Aim and L1/R1 Aim. I don't see any difference between the two though. They do the same thing is seems. I'm using an 8bitdo wired Ultimate Xbox One controller.
Hey there, so with R1/L1 you should be able to aim and turn horizontally with the analog. R2/L2 your turning is locked so you can only aim up/down. It might be that controller driver is interpreting things differently. Can you try it with a different controller like xbox 360 or Dualshock 4/5? Also if you could join the discord and post in the bugs thread we can trouble shoot this better. I just ordered the controller on Amazon, should arrive tomorrow I'll test it out see if I have the same issue.
Oh ok I see. No it actually does work. I think I was only using the triggers and didn't even click the bumpers. I guess it was throwing me off because there wasn't anything actually explaining it beyond just the labels and button promts.

genuinely such an amazing game. I hope you continue to work on this because I would love to play a longer version of this. It really gave vibes of original resident evil while also being its own thing entirely. Survival horror at its finest!!

hello this game is honestly what ive been needing lately i did not expect the booby trapped boxes please please do a full release i would absolutely love every second of it there isnt much id say to change except the gun spawns of course i hope too see maybe like a magnum revolver of course and maybe like a uzi smg and a sks rifle and maybe a stoner 63 lmg and maybe even a flamethrower and what would be really cool is upgrade part kits for the guns maybe like a extended mag for the handgun and maybe a stock attachment for the shotgun or just diffrent versions of the guns in the game that do more damage etc there is so many things yall can do with this and i absolutely would love too see it thank yall for filling my nostalgia absolutely love this so much!

Enemy variety was cool, the Spider parasites coming off was totally unexpected (I was actually thinking you included spiders) but not this was way better.
I'm actually eager to know more about REAPER and what the hell they were doing, probably a facility level(?)
I think I recognized two places fit for save rooms, one was definitely on the nose with the music and the poster joke was hilarious lmao
Anyway I could keep ranting but I believe you knw your shit and it shows.

This is a very BIO/RE LIKE work! The tank action mode + low-poly module + monitor lens, it just makes me go back to 25 years ago, playing Resident Evil 2 with a second-hand PSONE in a leaky shack! Except for soul games, there are few games that can make me so nervous, and except for FNAF, there are few games that can scare me. The author has done it! Keep this rhythm, continue to develop the game, add some infected wild animals and mutants, add a stress mode similar to the outbreak of infection (such as being bitten and injured by mosquitoes, and staying for a long time), the game will become the best PSXLIKEGAME in 25 years.

My little suggestion, I hope you can consider improving the game:
1. I hope to have a boss similar to Nemesis, and players can choose to fight it to get some unique rewards or simply escape.
2. In terms of weapon balance, the shotgun should be obtained earlier to deal with the head spider. The assault rifle should be obtained later, and the positions of these two weapons should be changed.
3. It is better to add a classic close-up shot of the first zombie "looking back".
4. According to the wildlife situation in Vietnam, mutated buffaloes, wild boars, monkeys, crocodiles, and even infected animals such as boss elephants can be added to make the game content richer.
5. The attack method of the head spider is very strange. It touches you and passes through your calf, and you are injured. It should be improved...
6. Vietnamese zombies seem to only like to eat alone... Isn't it good to have a meal with three people? :c?
7. I actually used a lighter to burn a roadblock in the rainforest on a rainy day... :O? I don't understand why this puzzle is so unreasonable.

At the end of the game, there is a roadblock before you get the key, which needs to be ignited with a lighter.
In reality, in the rainy and hot rainforest, these things are completely soaked. Theoretically, even if you have gasoline, you can't successfully ignite the roadblock. The best way is to find other ways to destroy the roadblock. For example... C4 and TNT. Or just the plot, let the infected zombie elephant crash here.

wow i wouldnt thought that someone would ever make a an ps1 resdient evil game in the vietnam war. i had a blast playing jungle rot. i highly recommend checking this game!!!
